RealityMine adds CX programmes tool

UK – Market research tech company RealityMine has developed a tool that will allow clients to extend their voice of the customer survey programmes into competing brand websites and apps.

Researchers can use the technology to target opted-in users with surveys based on how they have interacted with competitor websites or applications.

The ‘Experience SDK’ can be added to existing mobile applications.

Billy Grant, head of product at RealityMine, said: “We see a significant gap in the market to provide brands and agencies with contextual data across competitor websites and applications that can only be currently accessed through owned properties.”
