RealityMine adds social advertising tool
After updating its metering technology, the company can now capture data and sponsored content that has been served to users of some social media platforms using its RealLife Social product.
Data will include the name of the advertiser, their domain, time on screen that the advertisement was viewed, copy within the ad, and text associated with call to action messaging. Only information in compliance with GDPR is captured, the company said.
Billy Grant, head of product at RealityMine, said the tool “lifts the lid on the competitive advertising landscape within walled-garden platforms” and addresses a “significant insight gap”.
