The permission-based service, RealLife Healthcare, collects data on respondents’ digital behaviour through an app and web interface.

It includes the reach, frequency and duration of their application and website use across mobiles, laptops and tablets.

Alex Sunnerstam, senior vice-president data partnerships, RealityMine, said it is "especially relevant for healthcare researchers in terms of physicians and patient audiences" to have a "better understanding around digital life and patient journeys".
