RealityMine launches automated survey tool
RealLife Events will allow users to target panellists with surveys using digital behaviour as a trigger.
The tool, which works across all major operating systems, automates survey delivery to panellists who have used specific apps, websites or made specific search queries.
RealityMine said RealLife Events would therefore grant users a better contextual understanding of consumers’ digital behaviours.
Billy Grant, head of product at RealityMine, said: “The desire to understand the impact of users’ digital behaviour on their decision-making processes is only increasing, and until now, much of this data collection has been performed separately.
“Traditional survey research is not typically connected or validated against the behaviours it seeks to understand.
“RealLife Events bridges this insight gap. For example, if someone is browsing a certain category or using a certain app, a researcher can send a follow-up survey shortly after those behaviours to capture a response when recall rates are at their highest.”
