Relative Insight was founded and is headquartered in Lancaster, UK, and has other offices in London and New York.

The Philadelphia team will be based on 1100 Ludlow Street, and will be solely focused on sales.

The firm’s other US office in New York will continue to focus on account management and marketing.

The expansion to Philadelphia follows a £5m growth capital investment by YFM Equity Partners, which was agreed earlier this year.

Ben Hookway, chief executive at Relative Insight, said: “Nearly 80% of our clients are US-based, so it makes sense to increase our presence in North America.
