Reputation Institute acquires Mettle Consulting
The acquisition will bring digital data science to Reputation Institute’s RepTrak reputation measurement methodology.
As part of the deal, Mettle Consulting chief executive Andrew Tucker will join the company’s global leadership team.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Boston, Reputation Institute measures reputation for around 350 companies, including Procter and Gamble.
Reputation Institute chairman Tyler Newton said: “We live in a reputation economy that is strongly impacted by social media, earned media impressions and fake news. Companies are facing reputation risks in real time, and by bringing in Mettle Consulting’s proprietary digital trust analytics and social media consulting expertise, we are equipped to provide our clients with real-time reputation insights.”
