Researchbods creates ‘Expert Labs’ support team
The approach, called ‘Expert Lab’, will look to use Researchbods’ 120-strong employee team to find new opportunities for clients of the firm’s insight community platform Ex-plor.
Expert Lab will be led by Lucy Alexander (pictured), who has worked for Researchbods for five years and has worked on insight communities for national and global clients including ITV, Coca-Cola, Asda, the National Trust and First Direct.
‘Expert Lab’ will offer bespoke packages for clients underpinned by an ‘expert library’, which consists of a comprehensive knowledgebase that provides guidance on day-to-day tasks on Ex-plor as well as strategic advice.
Users of the platform can use ‘ask us anything’ drop-in sessions with Researchbods staff to help with any questions, and formal online and face-to-face training is also available.
Community ‘health checks’ can also be used to help clients understand performance and provide recommendations.
Alexander said: “I can safely say I know our Ex-plor platform inside and out, so I’m really excited to be leading this new offering.
“I’ve worked on some really complex communities during my time at Researchbods and I’m really proud of the team effort that’s gone into creating Expert Lab and the comprehensive knowledgebase that will be so useful for clients.
“We know that one size doesn’t fit all, so our bespoke packages will be made-to-measure to help clients meet and exceed their specific goals.”
