ResearchBods relaunches YBSG’s online panel
The panel had been running for three years before ResearchBods was brought in to enhance it for better customer engagement.
The online community is called My Voice and lets YBSG members respond to new products, services and other indicatives introduced by the financial services business.
Adam Lerner, senior research manager at Yorkshire Building Society said: "The community very much supports our member engagement strategy. As a mutual we care about our customers and use the insights gained to act in their best interests."
