Savanta hires researcher in Mexico
The appointment of Savanta’s first Mexico-based researcher will bolster the company’s presence in the Americas. Alfaro has previously worked at Santander and Deloitte.
The company said the move marked a ‘significant milestone’ and that Alfaro would offer a fresh perspective and understanding of the local business landscape.
In the past year, Savanta has acquired Atlanta-based market research agency Infosurv and launched a qualitative and user experience (UX) research group in the US and Canada, after it bought French UX and qual specialist MindSpark Research in early 2022.
Marni Hirschorn, executive vice-president of research at Savanta, said: "By hiring our first researcher in Mexico, we are strengthening our commitment to delivering customised solutions and actionable insights that empower businesses to make informed decisions."
The company has also appointed three US-based research analysts: Casey Ford, Carolyn Beschner and Jiachen Zhang.
Savanta’s Americas business has offices in New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Pennsylvania. The London-headquartered company also has offices in Amsterdam, Cambridge, Oxford and New Delhi.
