Savanta’s Goddard joins Verve to lead respondent quality collaboration
Goddard (pictured) joins Verve from Savanta, where she was a senior director, responsible for leading and developing a commercial team. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Zappi, Medallia and LivingLens.
At Verve, Goddard will be responsible for the overall strategy and growth of CoLab, set to be launched next week.
Goddard said: “CoLab represents a real shift towards sustainable research and high-quality data, where we put the respondent at the heart of everything we do.”
CoLab was first announced in late 2023, with Verve and Basis working as founding partners on the initiative.
The new approach will borrow from the community panel model to ensure that participants are genuine at the point of recruitment, as well as aiming to create experiences that are more interesting and engaging for participants.
Verve said more detail on the CoLab movement will be released when it launches on 27th February.
Andrew Cooper, chief executive and founder of Verve, and previously co-founder of Research Now, said the joint initiative has the potential to be "the biggest game changer in the research industry since the advent of online data collection".
