UK – Shazia Ginai, chief executive of neuroanalytics and research firm Neuro-Insight UK, will leave the company next month for a new position as chief growth officer at insight and innovation company Catalyx.

Ginai (pictured) had been at Neuro-Insight for more than five years, three-and-a-half of which were spent as chief executive, and will leave the company on 8th November.

Other prior roles include more than four years at GHD and more than seven years at Proctor & Gamble.

Ginai currently serves as chair of research industry diversity body Colour of Research, sits on the Market Research Society diversity and inclusion council and is co-founder of the Women in Research accelerate programme.

In her new role from the end of November, Ginai will lead a newly-established growth team at Catalyx. Catalyx is a brand building company, using its Consumer Activation System research platform.

Guy White, chief executive and founder at Catalyx, said: “Shazia brings with her a really broad experience of both client-side knowledge and agency side executive leadership.

Shazia will be heading up a new team within Catalyx that has been established to continue to accelerate our already highly successful growth trajectory in the short and longer term. I can’t wait to welcome her to the team.”

Ginai said: “When I was sent the role for chief growth officer at Catalyx I absolutely had to put my hat in the ring. What Guy White and his team have created is a brilliant example of leading-edge innovation that can truly unlock growth for brands.

“Deciding to leave Neuro-Insight UK was not an easy decision, and I will miss my wonderful team and what we have built, but this is an opportunity that doesn’t come round often. I’m excited to begin this new chapter of driving growth in a business with limitless potential.”
