SPA thinking outside the Box with new tool
The new brand and comms tracking solution has been designed to “measure brand desire in terms of brand equity and emotional engagement.” It has been developed by Quantum Lab, SPA Future Thinking’s in-house innovation team made up of researchers, technologists and analysts.
