Sprinklr creates AI customer feedback management tool

US – Customer experience management platform Sprinklr has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) survey tool for customer feedback management.

Target

The tool, called Sprinklr Surveys, will combine solicited survey feedback with unsolicited feedback and internal business data to provide customer insights.

The features included on Sprinklr Surveys includes an AI-assisted survey builder and conversational surveys intended to provide an interactive experience for respondents.

Automated insights, hypothesis testing with digital data and integration with the Sprinklr Insights platform also feature on Sprinklr Surveys, which is currently in limited availability before a wider release.

Sprinklr founder and chief executive Ragy Thomas said: “Sprinklr Surveys will help enterprises redefine their customer feedback management process by combining solicited survey feedback with unsolicited feedback and internal business data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.

“Modernised surveys with conversational user interface are the future of research and critical for brands that want to accurately capture feedback from customers.”
