Strat7 acquires Rainmakers CSI
The agreement will see the whole senior team and staff at Rainmakers CSI join Incite within the next six months, with plans for the company to help grow Strat7’s global footprint.
Specifically, the Rainmakers acquisition will help Strat7 expand its global services and presence in the US, as well as offering Rainmakers’ consultancy services to existing Strat7 clients.
Rainmakers CSI provides consultancy services to business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients in industries including financial services, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, and media and entertainment, with more than half of its work based in the US.
Strat7 acquired Incite in 2021 for around £18m.
