Strat7 Incite appoints Axen as US MD
Axen (pictured) was founder of Axen Insights and has also held senior roles at companies including EA, Lego, Target, Amazon and Coca-Cola.
In her new role, Axen will work closely with Pranay Jeyachandran, group managing director at Strat7 Incite, and the firm’s US management team and will be tasked with growing the company’s presence in the US.
Jeyachandran said: “With her leadership skills and deep expertise, Jen will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of Incite’s US expansion.
“Beyond her experience, she’s also a fantastic cultural fit, which was a key factor in our decision to bring her on board.”
Barrie Brien, chief executive at Strat7, commented: “Jen’s appointment underscores our commitment to investing in and growing our presence in the US market.
“Jen’s leadership will be instrumental in driving this next stage of growth. We’re delighted to welcome her to Strat7 and look forward to her leadership in achieving our ambitious growth plans in the US.”
Jennifer Axen added: “Incite’s core values and consultative approach immediately resonated with me.
“I’m excited to bring my experience in leading insights for some of the world’s most innovative brands to this role and to help drive the continued success of Incite US.”
Strat7 Group is also moving to a new headquarters in central London this summer.
The company said that the move was designed to support the company’s next stage of growth and allow for closer collaboration between teams, as well as including all of Strat7’s London-based companies and departments.
Barrie Brien said: “As Strat7 continues to grow, bringing our London-based teams under one roof will unlock even greater opportunities for collaboration.
“This move isn’t just about space; it’s about creating an environment where our teams can work even more closely together, harnessing our collective expertise to drive greater value for our clients. We also wanted to create a welcoming space where clients can meet and collaborate with our teams or have a quiet place to work for the day.”
