Tearle (pictured) takes up his role as senior director and head of services practice after recently re-joining Strat7 Incite after an 11-year spell to return as head of client services.

In between his spells at Strat7 Incite, Tearle was research director at Boxclever and client services director at Strat7.

Lizzie Eckardt, managing director at Strat7 Incite, said of Tearle’s promotion: “JT embodies the values of Incite and is already having a positive impact on the services team, and we know he will add a lot of value to our senior leadership team.”

Jo Farquhar and Lindsey Liensavanh have both been promoted to senior director, with both having previously been a director at the company and taking leadership roles in the energy and travel and financial services departments.

Fiona Galliford has also been promoted within the services team from associate to senior associate, having joined the company as an analyst in 2021.

Eckardt added: “Since joining the business in March last year Jo has played a pivotal role in growing some of our most important accounts within the energy and travel sector.

“Lindsey has also been critical in leading and growing a longstanding relationship with one of our largest clients, a large, global payments brand – demonstrating that she is a true trusted adviser to their team.”
