The latest integration with Power BI means Net Promoter Score® (NPS®), customer satisfaction scores, and employee engagement data, can be synchronised with customers’ survey data from their existing SurveyMonkey Enterprise account directly into their Power BI account.

Customers can create and collaborate on customised dashboards. The portfolio of SurveyMonkey enterprise integrations include Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Office 365 single sign-on. This latest integration is available to joint SurveyMonkey Enterprise and Power BI customers.

Priyanka Carr, senior vice-president, strategy, corporate development, and strategic partnerships at SurveyMonkey, said: “Combining the insights from customer and employee feedback with operational information from Power BI can help our customers transform their businesses. I’m thrilled that we can expand our integration with Microsoft to make this happen for our joint customers.”

Mike Ammerlaan, director, Microsoft Office 365 Ecosystem at Microsoft added: “This latest integration empowers millions of joint customers to use the benefits from both of our platforms seamlessly.”
