SurveyMonkey completes GetFeedback acquisition
Over 60 GetFeedback employees join SurveyMonkey following the transaction, increasing its headcount to 1200 across 11 offices.
The deal was worth around $68m, according to the terms of the agreement first announced in August.
SurveyMonkey expects its full-year revenue to increase by approximately $2-$3m as a result of the acquisition.
GetFeedback’s customers include Cisco and Walgreens.
Zander Lurie, chief executive officer of SurveyMonkey, said: “Together, we’ll work towards providing our enterprise customers with an accelerated deployment of customer experience programs, helping them collect actionable feedback across all their customer-facing channels.
