US – Online survey and forms business SurveyMonkey has released a series of new analysis, sharing and collaboration features.

The feature will work with the firm’s SurveyMonkey Genius platform, which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to build surveys, with the new capabilities allow users to analyse multiple surveys within a single environment.

Other new capabilities include centralised analysis within interactive dashboards, features to allow insights to be shared internally or publicly, and the ability to view survey metadata in a multi-survey dashboard.

Samuel Bakouch, senior vice-president, product management at SurveyMonkey, said: “Many of our customers collect complex feedback, and they need solutions that scale with their evolving needs. They recognise that a snapshot in time isn’t enough to truly understand their customers, employees, or prospects, but data is only valuable if it allows you to connect the dots.

“These new capabilities empower users to turn an overload of data into actionable impact, staying ahead of the curve no matter their industry.”
