SurveyMonkey updates Salesforce integration
The ‘SurveyMonkey for Salesforce’ integration on enterprise marketplace Salesforce AppExchange now allows users to create and send personalised email surveys and automatically generate outbound messages.
Users are also now able to combine survey data with existing customer information in Salesforce to create targeted email campaigns.
The integration is available to SurveyMonkey for CX and SurveyMonkey Enterprise customers.
Alice Steinglass, executive vice-president and general manager, platform, Salesforce, said the updates would offer customers “deeper insights to continue to build customer loyalty and convert prospects”.
