The Behavioural Architects hires Ogilvy’s Eleanor Heather as associate director

UK ­– Global insights, research and consultancy business The Behavioural Architects has appointed Eleanor Heather as associate director from Ogilvy’s Behavioural Science Practice.

Heather (pictured) was previously senior behavioural strategist at the WPP-owned agency, working for clients including Money Advice Service, ITV, Boots and Novartis.

She is one of six new UK hires at TBA, with Sarah Murray joining the Core Intelligence team, having completed an MSc in Behavioural Science from UCL. Prior to this, she spent four years working as an analyst in asset management.

Louise Littleton and Laura Woodward join as senior strategic consultants. Littleton was previously a senior manager at Australian band consultancy Fiftyfive5 and Woodward was most recently at Singapore’s Quantum Consumer Solutions.

Charlotte Brown returns to TBA as a trainee strategic consultant, having previously spent a placement year with the business and former intern Kate Pilling joins the business full-time.
