Toluna adds multi-market research
The technology will allow researchers to create, run and analyse research projects across multiple countries around the world using one set-up process.
Users can now also access data from multiple markets in one centralised report.
The move follows a study Toluna conducted with insights and marketing executives around the world on how they conduct their insights operations.
Phil Ahad, chief digital officer at Toluna, said: “We found that two-thirds of marketing and insights professionals are focusing on scalability more than ever, and over half are looking for tech platforms that meet their research needs through innovative automation.”
Frédéric-Charles Petit, chief executive at Toluna, said: “Businesses around the world need simple, efficient, agile, and scalable solutions to manage their multimarket studies.”
