Toluna launches consumer insights platform
The Toluna Start platform supports quantitative and qualitative research and data visualisation and integrates the company’s panel of 30 million members.
Harris Interactive’s methodology is integrated into the platform’s automated tools, which include brand and communications, new product development and creative testing.
The platform was developed by Toluna’s innovation team with input from customers and industry participants.
Formerly known as ITWP, the parent company took on the Toluna brand name earlier this year.
Frédéric-Charles Petit, founder and chief executive, Toluna (pictured), said: “Toluna Start is the culmination of two decades of technical innovation, award-winning methodology from Harris Interactive and shared learnings from our clients around the world.”
