Toluna parent company acquires Harris Interactive Europe
The acquisition of Harris Interactive SAS in France, Harris Interactive AG in Germany and Harris Interactive UK (collectively Harris Interactive Europe) will see Nielsen, which has owned Harris Interactive Europe since February of this year, become a minority shareholder in ITWP.
Frederic-Charles Petit, founder and CEO of Toluna and CEO of ITWP (pictured), will oversee both Toluna and Harris Interactive Europe.
