Tool launched to help Canadians verify market research
The tool is available to CRIC member companies, who have already been added to the service.
Companies who are not members of CRIC can use the service for a fee, provided they agree to adhere to the organisation’s standards.
As well as letting agencies register their research projects, the tool also allows the public to share their feedback on research.
Barry Watson, chair of CRIC, said: “All companies conducting market research in compliance with the CRIC standards are encouraged to register their projects. The CRIC Research Verification Service is an essential tool in helping the public gain confidence that a request to participate in market research is legitimate.”
The service is accessed via the CRIC website.
