Touchstone Research names COO

US – Market research company Touchstone Research has promoted Travis Santa to chief operations officer (COO).

Santa (pictured) was most recently vice-president and data privacy and security officer at Touchstone Research, focusing on data security, operational excellence, organisational management, systems operations and client services.

In his new role, Santa will oversee the company’s strategic operations and day-to-day functions.

In addition to his position at Touchstone, Santa serves as chairman of the board at the Certification Institute for Research Quality.
