Touchstone Research releases AI survey tools
The tools aim to use AI to improve data quality, streamline research processes and identify insights across global markets.
The first tool, conversational AI surveys, will use a chat-based approach to mimic real conversations to help make the survey experience feel more natural and interactive.
The feature will also adjust in real time, tailoring follow-up questions based on respondent input, according to Touchstone Research.
The second tool, augmented sampling, will use AI to identify and fill data gaps, such as by making sure sample quotas are met.
Aaron Burch (pictured), chief executive at Touchstone Research, said: “At Touchstone, we’re embracing AI-driven technology to reshape the way research is conducted.
“Conversational AI surveys make data collection more engaging and insightful, while augmented sampling ensures robust, representative datasets – even for hard-to-reach audiences. These innovations empower our clients to gain richer insights faster, more efficiently and with greater accuracy.”
