TRA expands senior team in Australia
Davey was previously head of innovation at Kantar and will lead TRA’s innovation work, partnerships and thought leadership in her new role.
Davey is joined by Ngaia Calder as business director, previously customer insights specialist at Kmart.
Tara Collins has also joined TRA as account director, having formerly been associate director at The Behavioural Architects and senior consultant at TRA New Zealand.
Holding senior client service roles, Calder and Collins will work to build relationships with clients at TRA.
The appointments follow the recent opening of TRA’s Sydney office and hiring of Terri Hall as managing partner.
Collins and Davey will be based at the Sydney office alongside Hall, while Calder will work between Noosa, Queensland, and Sydney, under TRA’s flexible working policy.
Hall said: “Since launching earlier this year and securing two foundation clients, I have prioritised building a skilled team whose collective passion for customer-centric insights will optimise our focus to deliver the best possible client outcomes.
“This is what clients need from us and I know that as a team we have an exciting opportunity to make an impact in Sydney.”
