Veridata Insights names new COO

US – Market research agency Veridata Insights has promoted Natalie Clancy as chief operations officer (COO).

Natalie Clancy

Clancy (pictured) joined Veridata Insights in 2021 as manager of survey solutions and was promoted in 2022 to director of operations, followed by vice-president of operations in 2023.

In her new role as COO, Clancy succeeds company co-founder Tom Littlejohn, who will join business partner and co-founder Jami Pulley as co-chief executive officer.

As COO, Clancy will oversee Veridata’s global operations and play a key role in steering operational innovation, cultivating cross-team collaboration and company growth.

The appointment follows other recent staff changes at Veridata Insights, including in the operations division and a restructure of its qual division.

Pulley said: “Natalie’s deep understanding of our operations and her unwavering commitment to excellence make her the ideal person to assume this critical role as we move forward in 2025.

“We are excited to see her continue to elevate Veridata’s operational capabilities as COO.”

Littlejohn added: “While it has been an honour to serve as COO, I’m absolutely thrilled to see Natalie assume this position. There is no question that she’s earned it.

“We couldn’t be prouder to have her expertise and vision alongside us as we take Veridata Insights to new heights.”
