Verve announces new hires and promotions

UK – Culture, communities and digital insight company Verve has appointed Kylie Fitzpatrick as director at its Manchester office, as well as naming several other new hires and promotions.

Fitzpatrick (pictured) was previously senior client director at InSites Consulting, where she carried out shopper, brand and innovation research across Europe.

Prior to InSites Consulting, Fitzpatrick worked at CGA Strategy and focused on global research for major beer, spirits and soft drinks brands.

The appointment comes as Verve expanded its Australia team with the hiring of Jimena De la Rocha as research director and Vernon Lam as data analyst, both based at the firm’s Sydney office.

Lam was previously at the National Recovery and Resilience Agency, while De la Rocha was research director at Potentiate.

Verve’s London office has also recruited Ellinor Ottosson as senior research executive, having previously worked at Kantar Public and IFF.

Six promotions have also been announced, with Chris Whitmore and Euan Williamson becoming research directors, Jodie Holland and Hayley Frost named associate directors, and Clara Boudet and Alice Virgo being promoted to senior research executive.

Andrew Cooper, founder and chief executive at Verve, said: “It is lovely to be welcoming such brilliant people as Kylie, Elli, Jimena and Vern to Verve.

“They will each become famous within the business for an aspect of our proposition and help us continue to build a global team of diverse skills, capabilities, and passions.”
