Myers joined The Very Group as CMO in 2022 and prior to that was director of brands and marketing at Metro Bank.

In a LinkedIn post, Myers said: “I’m delighted to be joining the executive team at The Very Group in the newly created position of chief customer officer.

“I couldn’t be more excited to bring together our expert teams across marketing, creative, e-commerce, digital customer experience, and data and analytics in a new customer focused centre of excellence. I can’t wait to build on all the great work that is currently happening across the group.”

The Very Group is the owner of Very UK and Littlewoods.

Among changes Very has made to its customer experience strategy, the company is working with Ipsos and began using the Medallia platform earlier this year to access customer feedback in real-time, according to a blog by Kirsty Tarbuck, customer experience strategy manager.
