Vision Critical adds to Sparq 3

CANADA – Customer intelligence software provider Vision Critical has introduced product innovations to its Sparq 3 platform to improve insights for clients.

One innovation is Customer Relationship Intelligence Science (CRIS), a suite of AI apps powered by Vision Critical’s Relationship Memory, to help with faster decision-making by reviewing community activities and offering recommendations.

Another, a collaboration with VC Labs, means customers can reach community members through Facebook Messenger, or in China through WeChat.

In addition, there have been a number of third party integrations; data collection tools from SurveyGizmo and customer engagement platform, Remesh.

Divesh Sisodraker, president, chief product officer for Vision Critical, said: “Every interaction a company has with its customers is part of building the customer relationship, and the process of gathering insight is no exception.

“Every innovation we are building into the Sparq 3 platform is aimed at making it easier for our customers to focus on building relationships, while making the platform more flexible, scalable and easier to use.”
