Saje (pictured) joins the company from global payment platform WorldFirst, where she spent 10 years in various roles including head of continuous improvement and, most recently, business manager.  

At Zappi, she will be responsible for leading the global operations team across support, market expansion, fulfilment and business operations.

She will also be part of the leadership team and is based in London.

Zappi restructured its leadership team last year, splitting into two teams focused on innovation and operations.
