Dr Liz Nelson, co-founder of TNS, advisor to the board of Fly Research and a fellow of the Market Research Society, talks big data, spurious correlations and how the need for speed is affecting the quality of research. 


In this interview with Research Live, Liz Nelson, who co-founded TNS in 1965 and is now an advisor to the board of Fly Research and a fellow of the Market Research Society, discusses why she left market research – and came back – as well as discussing discrimination in the industry and what she thinks today’s researchers could learn from previous generations.
