BoltChatAI names head of France

FRANCE/UK – AI qualitative research platform BoltChatAI has appointed Gabriela Matsumoto Carazato as head of France.

Carazato (pictured) was previously global strategy and insights lead at Danone and has experience working for brands such as Rakuten and Henkel in areas such as consumer insights, category management, e-commerce and strategy.

The appointment expands BoltChatAI’s presence in Europe, with the company part of Bolt Insight.

Hakan Yurdakul, chief executive officer at Bolt Insight, said: “France is a key market for us, and Gabriela’s experience in consumer insights from within the fast-moving consumer goods sector gives her a distinct advantage in understanding the needs of our clients.

“Her ability to bridge AI-driven research with real-world brand strategy will be invaluable as we continue our growth.”

Carazato added: “Coming from the client side, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges brands face in translating insights into action.

“BoltChatAI is changing the way we connect with consumers, and I’m excited to use these insights to help brands make more meaningful, data-driven decisions.”
