Allen was previously president, consumer packaged goods at Circana and will oversee global client verticals and global solution groups as part of the new structure in the commercial organisation.

Wei Lin Wong, who has held several leadership positions in Circana’s retail and strategy teams, has been named as Allen’s replacement as president, consumer packaged goods.

Other appointments in the global client verticals team as part of the reshuffle include Joanne Sackett, formerly the head of Circana’s beauty, sports, apparel, footwear, accessories and luxury verticals, has been appointed president, general merchandise.

Rob Hill, most recently Circana’s president of retail for North America, has been named president, global retail.

In the global solution groups section of the commercial organisation, Brad Shelton will become president, retail and manufacturer collaboration, having formerly been president of collaborative gateway solutions.

Patty Altman, who previously served as executive vice president, consumer and shopper insights, has been named as president, consumer and shopper insights and e-commerce.

The changes coincide with the decision by Tim Bush, Circana’s current president, general merchandise, to retire by the end of 2024 after more than two decades at the company.

Kirk Perry, president and chief executive officer at Circana, said: “Our global commercial function will better position Circana and our talented teams across the organisation to serve clients across sectors and geographies.

“Jeremy is uniquely positioned to drive our global commercial strategy, leveraging his vast experience serving clients across sectors and at both of Circana’s heritage organisations.”
