Crowd DNA hires London head and announces LA office
Power (pictured) has been at Crowd DNA for the past three years and previously led the company’s quantitative team, Crowd Numbers.
Crowd DNA’s London office has a team of 45 people and is the company’s largest. Power replaces Laura Warby, who will remain in a part-time role focused on method innovation and best practice.
Andy Crysell, founder and chief executive at Crowd DNA, said: “Dave knows our business well, and from all angles, having previously been one of our clients.
“We’re delighted to bring Dave into this role, and have great confidence he’ll pick up exactly where Laura so excellently left off, driving growth and encouraging the highest quality of work from our amazing London team.”
Crowd DNA is opening a second US office in Los Angeles later this year, following on from the company’s New York office, which opened in 2017.
The Los Angeles office will focus on next generation entertainment focusing on the media, technology, creator and fan industries, as well as brands in industries such as apparel and alcohol that use next generation entertainment in their advertising and engagement.
Crysell added: “We see this as a great opportunity to bolster our already strong relationships with many of the biggest and most innovative entertainment brands in the world.
“Our Los Angeles office will also act as a hub for our thought leadership outputs around the fast-changing developments in this exciting field.”
