Winterson-Hayward (pictured) joins the company from software company Dealogic, where she was chief human resources officer. Her prior roles include HR leadership positions at dunnhumby and VistaPrint.

In her new role, she will develop and execute Ebiquity’s strategy for human resources, focusing particularly on talent management, diversity, organisational development and change management.

Michael Karg, chief executive officer, Ebiquity said: “Emma’s experience and drive will be critical to our aim of attracting, retaining and growing the best talent in the marketing industry. I am looking forward to her leadership in developing a people-first culture at Ebiquity.”

The hire follows Ebiquity's announcement last month that ISBA’s Debbie Morrison has been appointed as managing director of global partnerships and events.
