Firefish grows revenue by 7%
The company’s revenue increased from £11,337,000 in 2016 to £12,106,000 in 2017, with Firefish US growing by 16%, quantitative division The Numbers Lab up by 13% and children’s research consultancy The Pineapple Lounge increasing its revenue by 8%.
After a difficult start to 2017, the agency’s core UK business ended the year with a strong fourth quarter, with revenue 39% up on Q4 2016.
The group’s retained clients include Unilever, Spotify and ABInbev, with new business including Amazon, Twitter and Google.
Jem Fawcus, owner and group chief executive at Firefish (pictured), said: “Our strategy of diversifying our client portfolio and looking after our team is paying off. We’re looking forward to combining this with our new positioning to drive growth in the year ahead.”
