Flamingo makes three senior appointments

UK – Omnicom-owned strategic insight company Flamingo has made a number of new senior appointments across the globe.

Paul Cowper (pictured) has been hired as managing partner for EMEA, based in London. Cowper has more than 25 years’ experience in brands, people and growth and was most recently a brand director at Added Value.

He will work with the leadership team to help evolve the Flamingo offer, its global footprint and client mix.

John Matthews joins as a partner having previously been strategy director EMEA at Siegel + Gale. Matthews has extensive brand and commercial strategy experience and has spent many years working in Australia.

He will work closely with Flamingo’s specialist teams developing cultural intelligence for its clients.

Thiago Bersou has been made senior partner for North America and will be based in Los Angeles.  He has worked in brand innovation and experience in Brazil, the UK and the US during his career.
