InMoment acquires CX company
Wootric runs customer experience platforms, and its feedback technology will be integrated into InMoment’s ‘experience improvement’ (XI) platform.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Wootric’s staff will remain in place, with the company’s two founders, Deepa Subramanian and Jessica Pfeifer, to work on InMoment’s digital commercial products.
In early 2020 InMoment agreed a merger with another fellow customer experience business, MaritzCX.
Andrew Joiner (pictured), chief executive of InMoment, said: “The addition of Wootric technology into the XI platform provides an exciting array of highly modern and scalable digital.”
Subramanian said that joining InMoment was “a perfect cultural fit for our company”.
