InMoment adds reputation management
The service monitors and responds to online reviews from review websites and social media platforms.
InMoment acquired ReviewTrackers in June 2022 to integrate the company’s technology into its own customer experience platform.
Combining the two technologies means users of the platform will be able to access social and review data alongside customer feedback from surveys and digital feedback.
Sandeep Garg, Chief Product Officer at InMoment, said the new tool would allow organisations to “leverage social and review feedback” to focus on customer acquisition.
