InMoment hires head of customer success

UK/ITALY – Experience management firm InMoment has appointed Roberta Laudito as head of customer success in Italy.

Laudito (pictured) will be charged with expanding InMoment’s Italian business, and will focus on clients in automotive, financial services and business-to-business.

Before joining InMoment, Laudito was at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where she spent more than 21 years in a variety of roles, more recently a customer experience monitoring manager for sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa (Emea).

Stephan Thun, managing director and president of InMoment Emea, said: “As InMoment is rapidly growing our European footprint and our expansion into the Italian market, we are excited for Roberta to join InMoment.

“With extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative, success-centric customer programmes, Roberta will become a huge asset to InMoment’s growing list of Italian-based customers.”
