Rodney Lazar has joined from Instantly as Innovate’s SVP of Global Finance and Accounting. Also joining from Instantly is Rachel Tak, who joins the company as director of Global Account Management, while Katherine Albers has joined from Precision Sample as senior manager of Global Client Services.

Innovate was founded in 2014 by uSamp (now Instantly) founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin (pictured).

"During this age of consolidation of sampling firms, Innovate remains 100% self-funded and independent," said Dusig. "This allows us to focus all our efforts on building high quality panels and servicing our clients.

"These new hires solidify Innovate’s efforts surrounding its TouchPoint Human-Powered Sampling Service, which emphasises a dedication to servicing our clients with the best people in the market research industry. We continue to add proven industry talent to our team."
