InSites Consulting expands Australia team

AUSTRALIA – Insights and online communities agency InSites Consulting Australia has appointed Erryn Balzan as business director.

In his new role, Balzan (pictured) will add commercial experience and knowledge of qualitative research design and implementation to the firm’s Sydney team.

Before joining InSites Consulting, Balzan was associate director at Crowd DNA, where he helped expand the firm’s Asia-Pacific work.

Other prior roles include spells at Sydney-based Galkal and in London at Kadence International.

Erica van Lieven, managing director Australia and managing partner at InSites Consulting, said: “Erryn brings a wealth of experience in consumer and business banking, as well as media and digital research.

“His desire to develop relationships and expand his business acumen by embracing this role is evident, and we feel a natural fit between our people-centric culture and Erryn’s conscientious growth mindset.”
