Omnicom hires Annalect UK MD

UK – Annalect, the data and technology arm of Omnicom Media Group, has appointed Marie Clayton as its UK managing director.

Clayton (pictured) was previously managing partner at Omnicom Media Group UK, where she oversaw the development of the firm’s precision marketing platform Omni and oversaw the company’s UK product roadmap.

In addition, Clayton has been managing director and global account director for Unilever at Omnicom’s PHD Singapore.

Other prior positions include spells at BBC Worldwide, IPG Mediabrands and Dentsu, and before joining Omnicom was global head of research and insight at Carat Global, after leading its Asia-Pacific research and insights team.

In her new role, Clayton will be responsible for Annalect’s strategic direction and for leading the development of Omni in the UK.
