Potentia Insight hires three

UK – Digital research company Potentia Insight has expanded its project and data processing teams with three new members of staff.

Amber Johnson, Jennifer McPadden and Reece Norbury

Jennifer McPadden (pictured centre) has joined as senior data processing programmer from Face Facts Research and has more than 10 years of experience in operations within the market research industry.

Reece Norbury (pictured right) has been hired as project manager, having previously worked as junior project manager at Opinium, where he managed a wide variety of international projects.

Amber Johnson (pictured left) has been named project manager after previously working at Face Facts Research as an account executive, covering ad-hoc and tracker projects in the UK and internationally.

Suzy Hassan, managing director and co-founder at Potentia Insight, said: “We are thrilled to announce the addition of Jennifer, Reece and Amber to our team.

“Their impressive backgrounds and skillset will be a tremendous asset to our company as we continue to expand in 2025, strengthening our operations team to deliver high quality customer service to our clients.”
