Promotions and new hires at The Numbers Lab
Jim Mann, head of culture at The Numbers Lab, has been promoted to group head. Prior to joining the business, Mann was head of consumer insight at Guardian News & Media.
Anne-Marie Gardner has also been promoted to head of ad-hoc research, leading the company’s strategic projects and client accounts.
The business has appointed Dan Farrow (pictured) as head of tracking and testing. Farrow joins the company from Kantar, where he worked with clients including Vodafone.
Kim Scofield, previously of Kantar, has also joined The Numbers Lab as director, while Stefanie Jirsak joins as research manager from VisitBritain.
Majbritt Rijs, managing director, The Numbers Lab, Firefish Group, said: "Jim brings a wealth of client-side experience and understanding from the Guardian to the leadership of the lab, and we are excited about his plans for new ways of servicing and delivering insights to our clients.
"In the last year, we have added a number of new global tracking accounts that will benefit greatly from Dan’s extensive specialist experience, and we’re seeing a notable increase our clients wanting multi-sourced, integrated strategic solutions – work that Anne-Marie will spearhead under the banner of the new ad-hoc insights unit."
