Pureprofile appoints non-executive director to board

AUSTRALIA – Market research firm Pureprofile has appointed Mark Heeley to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Heeley (pictured) will serve as non-executive director, based in Sydney, and recently was chairman for 12 years at Brandwatch, having also been an investor and board member at the company.

Other experience includes founding and serving as joint chief executive at Claydon Heeley, a London-based director marketing agency, between 1990 and 2002, overseeing Claydon Heeley’s acquisition by Omnicon in 1998.

Heeley has subsequently become an advisor and early-stage investor in media and
technology businesses and has previously acted as chairman at Improveline and non-executive director at Hometrack.

Linda Jenkinson, chair at Pureprofile, said: “Mark’s appointment is a valuable addition to our board.

“His substantial expertise in the insights and consumer research industry and his experience in building global high-growth companies will greatly benefit Pureprofile, as we navigate the next phase of our growth journey.”
