Pureprofile appoints non-executive director
Smith (pictured) will also sit on the board’s remuneration and nominations committee in her new role, and has worked in the corporate finance sector for more than 20 years, including on the finance, audit and risk committees of various public and private companies.
Previous companies Smith has sat in the board for include Hub Australia, BikeExchange, Australian Red Cross and William Buck.
Smith is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Governance Institute, as well as a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
